Au cours du cycle de traitement, une th\u00e9rapie quotidienne au laser \u00e0 haute \u00e9nergie a \u00e9t\u00e9 administr\u00e9e. Les sympt\u00f4mes de gonflement des membres, de stase sanguine, de temp\u00e9rature cutan\u00e9e anormale et de raideur localis\u00e9e au niveau des membres affect\u00e9s du chat se sont progressivement am\u00e9lior\u00e9s. La circulation sanguine au niveau du site de la l\u00e9sion s\u2019est progressivement r\u00e9tablie, l\u2019activit\u00e9 musculaire des membres ant\u00e9rieurs l\u00e9s\u00e9s s\u2019est progressivement r\u00e9tablie, la raideur articulaire et les difficult\u00e9s de flexion\/extension ont \u00e9t\u00e9 efficacement att\u00e9nu\u00e9es, l\u2019amplitude de mouvement s\u2019est progressivement \u00e9largie et la douleur au toucher a \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9rablement r\u00e9duite. L\u2019\u00e9tat mental g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du chat et son niveau d\u2019activit\u00e9 quotidien se sont continuellement am\u00e9lior\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Suivi \u00e0 long terme :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les observations de suivi \u00e0 long terme ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 une am\u00e9lioration significative des l\u00e9sions des tissus mous postop\u00e9ratoires, de l\u2019\u0153d\u00e8me et de la stase sanguine au niveau des deux membres ant\u00e9rieurs. La temp\u00e9rature et la couleur de la peau des deux membres ant\u00e9rieurs sont revenues \u00e0 un \u00e9tat uniforme et homog\u00e8ne, et la circulation sanguine dans les membres a \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9tablie \u00e0 la normale. Les probl\u00e8mes de raideur articulaire, de mobilit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite et d\u2019incapacit\u00e9 \u00e0 supporter normalement le poids du corps ont \u00e9t\u00e9 totalement \u00e9limin\u00e9s ; le chat peut d\u00e9sormais se tenir debout, marcher, courir et \u00e9tirer ses membres ant\u00e9rieurs normalement. La consolidation osseuse s\u2019est tr\u00e8s bien d\u00e9roul\u00e9e, sans s\u00e9quelles telles qu\u2019une calotte osseuse d\u00e9form\u00e9e, des adh\u00e9rences des tissus mous, une atrophie musculaire ou une r\u00e9cidive des troubles circulatoires. La fonction motrice des deux membres ant\u00e9rieurs a \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9tablie \u00e0 un \u00e9tat sain et normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conclusion :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce cas illustre clairement l'int\u00e9r\u00eat clinique consid\u00e9rable de la th\u00e9rapie de r\u00e9\u00e9ducation par laser \u00e0 haute \u00e9nergie VETMEDIX pour petits animaux dans la r\u00e9paration des fractures postop\u00e9ratoires, la cicatrisation des traumatismes des tissus mous et la restauration de la fonction des membres chez les chats.
