Les radiographies ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 une ost\u00e9ophytose p\u00e9riarticulaire s\u00e9v\u00e8re, un \u00e9paississement de la capsule articulaire et un \u00e9panchement articulaire persistant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Protocole pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent :<\/strong> 6 semaines de traitement au laser \u00e0 onde continue de 810 nm \u00e0 une puissance de 5 watts (800 joules au total par s\u00e9ance).
