Il s'agit plut\u00f4t de savoir si une \u00e9nergie suffisante peut atteindre le tissu cible tout en contr\u00f4lant la temp\u00e9rature de surface, la dur\u00e9e d'exposition, l'absorption de la longueur d'onde et la dose cumul\u00e9e.
