Quatre semaines apr\u00e8s l'op\u00e9ration, elle a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une douleur importante au genou, une limitation de la flexion\/extension active et une d\u00e9ficience fonctionnelle. Une approche de r\u00e9adaptation multimodale, comprenant des exercices \u00e0 haute \u00e9nergie, a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en place. <a href=\"https:\/\/fotonmedix.com\/fr\/categorie\/produit\/\"   title=\"Produits\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"2818\">th\u00e9rapie au laser<\/a>, La th\u00e9rapie manuelle et l'exercice ont permis de r\u00e9duire la douleur et d'am\u00e9liorer la mobilit\u00e9 du genou au bout d'une semaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pr\u00e9sentation de cas :<\/strong><br>Une femme de 23 ans s'est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e avec un dysfonctionnement persistant du genou quatre semaines apr\u00e8s une chirurgie f\u00e9moro-patellaire. Elle avait des ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents de spondylarthrite ankylosante (diagnostiqu\u00e9e \u00e0 l'\u00e2ge de deux ans) et de dysplasie cong\u00e9nitale de la hanche, contribuant \u00e0 des douleurs articulaires chroniques, \u00e0 une raideur de la hanche et \u00e0 une faiblesse g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e. Une intervention pr\u00e9coce par laser et th\u00e9rapie manuelle peut acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le r\u00e9tablissement des patients souffrant de maladies articulaires inflammatoires concomitantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conclusion :<\/strong><br>La r\u00e9\u00e9ducation multidisciplinaire est essentielle pour optimiser les r\u00e9sultats des troubles f\u00e9moro-patellaires trait\u00e9s chirurgicalement et compliqu\u00e9s par une arthrite syst\u00e9mique.
