Dans la gestion des athl\u00e8tes \u00e9quins de haut niveau - des Warmbloods de dressage aux Quarter Horses de courses de barils - la marge d'erreur dans la r\u00e9\u00e9ducation est inexistante. C'est l\u00e0 que <strong>th\u00e9rapie laser pour chevaux<\/strong> (scientifiquement connue sous le nom de photobiomodulation ou PBM) est pass\u00e9e d'une modalit\u00e9 \u201calternative\u201d \u00e0 une pierre angulaire de la pratique v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cependant, un malentendu important persiste sur le march\u00e9. Boiterie de grade 3\/5 sur l'\u00e9chelle AAEP.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Imagerie diagnostique (jour 0) :<\/strong> L'examen \u00e9chographique a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 une l\u00e9sion centrale dans la r\u00e9gion m\u00e9dio-m\u00e9tacarpienne du SDFT. La section transversale (CSA) a montr\u00e9 une rupture des fibres 30% avec d'importantes zones hypo\u00e9chog\u00e8nes (noires) indiquant une d\u00e9chirure du liquide et des fibres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Protocole th\u00e9rapeutique :<\/strong> Nous avons utilis\u00e9 un appareil de classe IV <strong>machine de th\u00e9rapie laser pour chevaux<\/strong> capable de fournir une puissance de 15 watts en ondes continues (CW).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Phase 1 (aigu\u00eb - jours 1 \u00e0 7) :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Objectif :<\/strong> R\u00e9duire l'inflammation et l'\u0153d\u00e8me sans surchauffer les tissus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Le cadre :<\/strong> \u00c9mission puls\u00e9e (ISP) pour g\u00e9rer l'accumulation thermique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dosage :<\/strong> 4 J\/cm\u00b2. \u00c9nergie totale : 1 200 joules par session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fr\u00e9quence :<\/strong> Tous les jours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technique :<\/strong> M\u00e9thode de balayage sans contact sur les tendons fl\u00e9chisseurs RF.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Phase 2 (subaigu\u00eb - semaines 2 \u00e0 4) :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Objectif :<\/strong> Stimule l'activit\u00e9 des fibroblastes et l'alignement du collag\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Le cadre :<\/strong> Ondes continues (CW) m\u00e9lang\u00e9es \u00e0 des impulsions de basse fr\u00e9quence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dosage :<\/strong> Augment\u00e9 \u00e0 8 J\/cm\u00b2. \u00c9nergie totale : 2 500 joules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fr\u00e9quence :<\/strong> 3x par semaine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technique :<\/strong> M\u00e9thode de contact avec la t\u00eate de la boule de massage pour d\u00e9placer le sang et augmenter la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration des photons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>R\u00e9sultats cliniques (semaine 8) :<\/strong> L'\u00e9chographie de r\u00e9examen a montr\u00e9 un remplissage acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 de la l\u00e9sion.
