rotazione destra.<br>Dolore alla pressione nei muscoli retrattori scapolari (+) e nei gruppi muscolari del segmento dorsale superiore destro (+) e nei muscoli trapezi (+)<br>Forza muscolare: abduttori della spalla, grado 4; gruppo estensore del gomito, grado 2 sul lato destro e grado 3 sul lato sinistro.<br>Hoffman positivo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diagnostica per
