I laser di classe 4 ad alta potenza, in particolare quelli che operano nelle lunghezze d'onda di 980 nm e 1470 nm, offrono una piattaforma a doppia utilit\u00e0. Questo articolo valuta le interazioni biofisiche, i protocolli chirurgici e i risultati clinici a lungo termine di questi sistemi, sottolineando il loro ruolo nella moderna chirurgia endovascolare e nella terapia di fotobiomodulazione dei tessuti profondi (PBMT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Poich\u00e9 la parete della vena \u00e8 ricca di acqua, l'energia viene assorbita in modo pi\u00f9 superficiale ed efficiente all'interno della parete stessa del vaso.
