Patients report severe, deep-seated joint line pain and prolonged morning stiffness that limits their basic ambulatory independence. The primary technical bottleneck for the clinician is driving a meaningful photon density through the complex, dense anatomy of the human knee\u2014specifically the thick patellar tendon, the highly vascularized infrapatellar fat pad (Hoffa&#8217;s fat pad), and dense fibrous joint capsules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4f4e\u51fa\u529b\u3067\u52d5\u4f5c\u3059\u308b\u6a19\u6e96\u7684\u306a\u7406\u5b66\u7642\u6cd5\u7528\u30ec\u30fc\u30b6\u30fc\u3092\u819d\u95a2\u7bc0\u306b\u7167\u5c04\u3059\u308b\u3068\u3001\u5149\u5b50\u306f\u5916\u5074\u306e\u976d\u5e2f\u69cb\u9020\u3084\u76ae\u4e0b\u8102\u80aa\u7d44\u7e54\u5185\u3067\u9ad8\u3044\u5438\u53ce\u4fc2\u6570\u304a\u3088\u3073\u6563\u4e71\u4fc2\u6570\u3092\u53d7\u3051\u308b\u3002
