Unlike acute tendinitis, which is characterized by a robust inflammatory response and high vascular activity, chronic tendinosis is a degenerative state marked by &#8220;metabolic silence,&#8221; disorganized collagen fibers, and a profound lack of neovascularization. For twenty years, the standard of care involved ice, rest, and corticosteroids\u2014interventions that often exacerbated the degenerative cycle by further reducing blood flow and inhibiting cellular repair. The advent of the high-intensity <a href=\"https:\/\/fotonmedix.com\/ja\/category\/product\/\" title=\"\u88fd\u54c1\u7d39\u4ecb\" data-wpil-monitor-id=\"1939\">\u8d64\u5916\u7dda\u30ec\u30fc\u30b6\u30fc\u6cbb\u7642\u5668<\/a> \u306f\u3053\u306e\u8ecc\u9053\u3092\u6839\u672c\u7684\u306b\u5909\u3048\u3001\u5149\u5316\u5b66\u7684\u523a\u6fc0\u3068\u5236\u5fa1\u3055\u308c\u305f\u751f\u4f53\u71b1\u8abf\u7bc0\u3092\u7d44\u307f\u5408\u308f\u305b\u305f\u4f5c\u7528\u30e1\u30ab\u30cb\u30ba\u30e0\u3092\u5c0e\u5165\u3057\u305f\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While the term &#8220;cold laser&#8221; dominated early medical literature, it was often insufficient for the dense, fibrotic tissue of a chronic tendon. Previous interventions included eccentric loading exercises (6 months), shockwave therapy (5 sessions), and one PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) injection, none of which provided lasting relief.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u521d\u6b65\u8bca\u65ad (Preliminary Diagnosis):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ultrasound and MRI confirmed Chronic Mid-portion Achilles Tendinosis with a 1.2cm fusiform thickening of the tendon and significant &#8220;neovascular&#8221; activity (which, paradoxically, in chronic cases, is often associated with non-functional, painful nerve ingrowth). The patient\u2019s VISA-A (Victorian Institute of Sports Assessment \u2013 Achilles) score was 42\/100.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u6cbb\u7642\u6226\u7565\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The clinical objective was to utilize an infrared laser therapy machine to deliver a high-energy &#8220;Bio-Thermal&#8221; dose to the mid-portion of the tendon.
