Durante o ciclo de tratamento, foram realizadas sess\u00f5es di\u00e1rias de terapia assistida por laser. A vermelhid\u00e3o, o incha\u00e7o e a temperatura elevada da pele no local da cirurgia diminu\u00edram progressivamente, enquanto a exsuda\u00e7\u00e3o e o sangramento ligeiro melhoraram significativamente. A extens\u00e3o da infiltra\u00e7\u00e3o inflamat\u00f3ria diminuiu, a dor na ferida foi marcadamente reduzida, a superf\u00edcie da amputa\u00e7\u00e3o secou e contraiu-se, e surgiu novo tecido de granula\u00e7\u00e3o de forma organizada, levando a uma recupera\u00e7\u00e3o constante do apetite e do \u00e2nimo do animal de estima\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Acompanhamento a longo prazo:<\/strong> Ap\u00f3s a alta, o doente recebeu prote\u00e7\u00e3o adequada da ferida e limitou a pr\u00e1tica de exerc\u00edcio f\u00edsico intenso para evitar o alongamento da incis\u00e3o, a par de consultas de acompanhamento regulares para monitorizar a cicatriza\u00e7\u00e3o do coto da cauda e a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o dos tecidos. Os resultados do acompanhamento a longo prazo indicaram que a ferida da amputa\u00e7\u00e3o tinha cicatrizado completamente. As crostas ca\u00edram naturalmente, deixando a pele lisa e uniforme. N\u00e3o foram observadas complica\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00f3s-operat\u00f3rias comuns \u2014 tais como ulcera\u00e7\u00e3o, supura\u00e7\u00e3o, hiperplasia an\u00f3mala do tecido de granula\u00e7\u00e3o, ader\u00eancias na cicatriz ou infe\u00e7\u00e3o recorrente.
