Quatro semanas ap\u00f3s a cirurgia, a doente apresentava dor significativa no joelho, limita\u00e7\u00e3o da flex\u00e3o\/extens\u00e3o ativa e incapacidade funcional. Uma abordagem de reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o multimodal, incluindo exerc\u00edcios de alta energia <a href=\"https:\/\/fotonmedix.com\/pt\/categoria\/produto\/\"   title=\"Produtos\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"2818\">terapia laser<\/a>, A terapia manual e o exerc\u00edcio f\u00edsico resultaram numa redu\u00e7\u00e3o da dor e numa melhoria da mobilidade do joelho ap\u00f3s uma semana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de um caso:<\/strong><br>Uma mulher de 23 anos apresentou disfun\u00e7\u00e3o persistente do joelho quatro semanas ap\u00f3s cirurgia patelofemoral. Tinha antecedentes de espondilite anquilosante (diagnosticada aos dois anos de idade) e displasia cong\u00e9nita da anca, contribuindo para dores articulares cr\u00f3nicas, rigidez da anca e fraqueza generalizada. A interven\u00e7\u00e3o precoce com laser e terapia manual pode acelerar a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o em pacientes com doen\u00e7as articulares inflamat\u00f3rias concomitantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conclus\u00e3o:<\/strong><br>A reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o multidisciplinar \u00e9 crucial para otimizar os resultados nas patelofemorais tratadas cirurgicamente e complicadas por artrite sist\u00e9mica.
