Quatro semanas ap\u00f3s a cirurgia, a doente apresentava dor significativa no joelho, limita\u00e7\u00e3o da flex\u00e3o\/extens\u00e3o ativa e incapacidade funcional. Uma abordagem de reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o multimodal, incluindo exerc\u00edcios de alta energia <a href=\"https:\/\/fotonmedix.com\/pt\/categoria\/produto\/\"   title=\"Produtos\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"2818\">terapia laser<\/a>, A terapia manual e o exerc\u00edcio f\u00edsico resultaram numa redu\u00e7\u00e3o da dor e numa melhoria da mobilidade do joelho ap\u00f3s uma semana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de um caso:<\/strong><br>Uma mulher de 23 anos apresentou disfun\u00e7\u00e3o persistente do joelho quatro semanas ap\u00f3s cirurgia patelofemoral. Tinha antecedentes de espondilite anquilosante (diagnosticada aos dois anos de idade) e displasia cong\u00e9nita da anca, contribuindo para dores articulares cr\u00f3nicas, rigidez da anca e fraqueza generalizada. No p\u00f3s-operat\u00f3rio, apresentava:<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"551\" height=\"409\" src=\"https:\/\/fotonmedix.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/\u56fe\u72471-4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6401\" style=\"width:401px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fotonmedix.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/\u56fe\u72471-4.png 551w, https:\/\/fotonmedix.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/\u56fe\u72471-4-300x223.png 300w, https:\/\/fotonmedix.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/\u56fe\u72471-4-16x12.png 16w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 551px) 100vw, 551px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Limita\u00e7\u00f5es funcionais graves:<\/strong>&nbsp;Incapacidade de se manter de p\u00e9, utilizar muletas ou efetuar uma flex\u00e3o\/extens\u00e3o ativa do joelho.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dor e incha\u00e7o:<\/strong>&nbsp;Pontua\u00e7\u00e3o de 4 na Escala Visual Anal\u00f3gica (EVA) durante o movimento passivo, com incha\u00e7o no peri-joelho e atraso na cicatriza\u00e7\u00e3o da ferida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Artrite sist\u00e9mica:<\/strong>&nbsp;Dor cont\u00ednua nas articula\u00e7\u00f5es (dedos, bra\u00e7os) gerida com injec\u00e7\u00f5es biol\u00f3gicas semanais.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Diagn\u00f3stico:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Disfun\u00e7\u00e3o patelo-femoral p\u00f3s-operat\u00f3ria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Artrite indiferenciada com espondilite anquilosante.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Displasia cong\u00e9nita da anca e da patela.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Interven\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong><br>Foi implementado um programa de reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o intensivo de 1 semana:<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"566\" height=\"424\" src=\"https:\/\/fotonmedix.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/\u56fe\u72472-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6402\" style=\"width:432px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fotonmedix.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/\u56fe\u72472-3.png 566w, https:\/\/fotonmedix.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/\u56fe\u72472-3-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/fotonmedix.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/\u56fe\u72472-3-16x12.png 16w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 566px) 100vw, 566px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Alta energia <a href=\"https:\/\/fotonmedix.com\/pt\/postpartum-hair-loss-treatment-using-class-4-laser-therapy-a-clinical-case-study.html\/\" title=\"Tratamento da queda de cabelo p\u00f3s-parto utilizando terapia laser de classe 4: Um estudo de caso cl\u00ednico\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"4189\">terapia laser<\/a> (3 vezes por semana, 10 minutos por sess\u00e3o):<\/strong>&nbsp;Inflama\u00e7\u00e3o dos tecidos moles periarticulares direcionada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Terapia manual:<\/strong>&nbsp;Relaxamento muscular e mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da patela.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Terapia por exerc\u00edcio:<\/strong>&nbsp;Restaura\u00e7\u00e3o gradual da mobilidade.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Resultados:<\/strong><br>Ap\u00f3s uma semana, o paciente relatou:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Redu\u00e7\u00e3o da dor no joelho (melhoria da EVA).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Melhoria da mobilidade patelar e da amplitude de movimentos do joelho.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aumento da toler\u00e2ncia aos movimentos assistidos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Discuss\u00e3o:<\/strong><br>Este caso real\u00e7a a efic\u00e1cia das modalidades combinadas de fisioterapia na abordagem da artrite p\u00f3s-operat\u00f3ria complexa e da disfun\u00e7\u00e3o biomec\u00e2nica. A interven\u00e7\u00e3o precoce com laser e terapia manual pode acelerar a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o em pacientes com doen\u00e7as articulares inflamat\u00f3rias concomitantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conclus\u00e3o:<\/strong><br>A reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o multidisciplinar \u00e9 crucial para otimizar os resultados nas patelofemorais tratadas cirurgicamente e complicadas por artrite sist\u00e9mica.
