To reach the sensitive laminae\u2014the primary site of laminitis pathology\u2014the laser must overcome this optical resistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is where the distinction between professional veterinary lasers and home-use devices becomes critical. A Class 4 doctor vet therapy laser provides high irradiance, allowing a therapeutic density of photons to reach the distal phalanx (P3) and the laminar interface.
