Mammalian tissue is highly heterogeneous. Photons emitted from a standard <strong>\u72d7\u6fc0\u5149\u6cbb\u7597\u4eea<\/strong> \u5fc5\u987b\u7a7f\u8fc7\u76ae\u80a4\u3001\u76ae\u4e0b\u8102\u80aa\u3001\u7b4b\u819c\u5c42\u548c\u81f4\u5bc6\u7684\u808c\u8089\u7fa4\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u5230\u8fbe\u6df1\u5c42\u5173\u8282\u56ca\u6216\u9aa8\u819c\u3002\u6bcf\u4e00\u5c42\u754c\u9762\u90fd\u5177\u6709\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u6298\u5c04\u7387\uff0c\u4f1a\u5f15\u8d77\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u5149\u6563\u5c04\u548c\u6298\u5c04\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u7834\u574f\u6fc0\u5149\u675f\u7684\u5bf9\u51c6\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u6807\u51c6\u7684\u8fde\u7eed\u6ce2\uff08CW\uff09\u6fc0\u5149\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e2d\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u6563\u5c04\u4f1a\u5c06\u5149\u5b50\u5411\u5916\u63a8\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u4f7f\u80fd\u91cf\u8f93\u9001\u5206\u5e03\u8d8b\u4e8e\u5e73\u5766\u3002\u7ed3\u679c\uff0c\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u80fd\u91cf\u88ab\u8868\u5c42\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5438\u6536\uff0c\u800c\u6df1\u5c42\u7684\u9776\u75c5\u7076\u6240\u63a5\u53d7\u7684\u80fd\u91cf\u5242\u91cf\u5219\u4f4e\u4e8e\u6cbb\u7597\u6240\u9700\u5242\u91cf\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4ec5\u4ec5\u901a\u8fc7\u63d0\u9ad8\u5e73\u5747\u529f\u7387\uff08$W$\uff09\u6765\u5f3a\u884c\u589e\u52a0\u7a7f\u900f\u6df1\u5ea6\uff0c\u5c31\u4f1a\u5e26\u6765\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u4e34\u5e8a\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u8f83\u9ad8\u7684\u8868\u9762\u529f\u7387\u5bc6\u5ea6\uff08$W\/\\text{cm}^2$\uff09\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u8868\u76ae\u7acb\u5373\u79ef\u805a\u70ed\u91cf\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u9020\u6210\u7ec4\u7ec7\u635f\u4f24\u5e76\u7ed9\u60a3\u8005\u5e26\u6765\u75bc\u75db\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5bf9\u4e8e\u6b63\u5728\u8bc4\u4f30\u67d0\u9879\u7684B2B\u91c7\u8d2d\u7ecf\u7406\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c <strong>\u51fa\u552e\u9a6c\u5339\u6fc0\u5149\u6cbb\u7597\u4eea<\/strong>, \u5982\u679c\u9009\u62e9\u4ec5\u4f9d\u8d56\u9ad8\u8fde\u7eed\u529f\u7387\u7684\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u5f80\u5f80\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u6cbb\u7597\u4e0d\u5f7b\u5e95\u4e14\u60a3\u8005\u611f\u5230\u4e0d\u9002\u3002\u8981\u89e3\u51b3\u8fd9\u4e00\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u4e00\u79cd\u80fd\u591f\u901a\u8fc7\u77ed\u65f6\u3001\u7cbe\u786e\u8ba1\u65f6\u7684\u8109\u51b2\u8f93\u51fa\u9ad8\u5cf0\u503c\u529f\u7387\u5bc6\u5ea6\u7684\u6fc0\u5149\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u5c06\u5149\u5b50\u6df1\u5c42\u5bfc\u5165\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u907f\u514d\u7ec4\u7ec7\u8868\u9762\u8fc7\u70ed\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e3a\u4e86\u5c06\u6fc0\u5149\u80fd\u91cf\u51c6\u786e\u5730\u4f20\u9012\u7a7f\u8fc7\u591a\u5c42\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5fc5\u987b\u8003\u8651\u5149\u5728\u7a7f\u8fc7\u4e0d\u540c\u89e3\u5256\u7ed3\u6784\u65f6\u7684\u7269\u7406\u884c\u4e3a\u3002\u6fc0\u5149\u80fd\u91cf\uff08\u8f90\u7167\u5ea6\uff09\u5728\u5411\u4f53\u5185\u6df1\u5904\u4f20\u64ad\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684\u8870\u51cf\u53ef\u7531\u6bd4\u5c14-\u6717\u4f2f\u5b9a\u5f8b\u63cf\u8ff0\uff0c\u8be5\u5b9a\u5f8b\u7ecf\u8fc7\u4fee\u6539\u540e\u7eb3\u5165\u4e86\u6d3b\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u6563\u5c04\u7cfb\u6570\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p Instead of delivering a continuous stream of light, the laser emits energy in high-peak-power pulses separated by precise &#8220;off&#8221; periods. This approach takes advantage of the tissue&#8217;s natural thermal relaxation time\u2014the time required for tissue to safely dissipate 50% of its absorbed heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">$$\\text{\u70ed\u5f1b\u8c6b\u65f6\u95f4 } (\\tau) \\approx \\frac{d^2}{4\\alpha}$$<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u54ea\u91cc\uff1f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>$d$ \u8868\u793a\u76ee\u6807\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5c42\u7684\u539a\u5ea6\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>$ \uff08alpha$\uff09\u662f\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u70ed\u6269\u6563\u7387\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By adjusting the laser&#8217;s pulse frequency (Hz) and duty cycle (the ratio of &#8220;on&#8221; time to &#8220;off&#8221; time), clinicians can optimize energy delivery for different tissues. For example, a 30% duty cycle allows the laser to deliver intense bursts of light that penetrate deep into the body, while the longer &#8220;off&#8221; periods give the sensitive epidermal layer ample time to cool down.
