MECHANISM OF ACTION
Photobiomodulation(PBM)
Vetmedix treats animals with high-energy laser photobiomodulation (PBM), which utilizes specific wavelengths of laser light to promote healing, relieve pain, and reduce inflammation.
This treatment is achieved primarily through a photochemical process in which light energy is delivered to the mitochondria of the damaged cells, increasing the efficiency of ATP conversion, promoting the synthesis of anti-inflammatory factors, activating cells, reducing pain and inflammation, and accelerating healing.
